NSW: abolition of mortgage duty
The NSW Office of State Revenue has advised that NSW mortgage duty for owner-occupied housing was abolished from 1 September 2007.

Over $180,000 |
$58,000 plus 45c for each $1 over $180,000 |
The above rates do not include the Medicare levy of 1.5%
